ClearClaim is a browser-based workflow prototype for testing a more disciplined DME documentation review process. It is not a production record system.
Can we use real patient data?+
No. The current prototype has no production authentication, backend, or file storage. Use demo or de-identified information only while evaluating the workflow.
How does a flag get cleared?+
Every flag has a defined path: a verified document, a validated field, or a dedicated check and documented manual resolution. New rules always retain a way to be resolved.
